Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the packages, how launch works, and the simple cost of keeping your site live after year one.
Ask a Question DirectlyIs the pricing in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every price is shown in Canadian dollars. The exact scope and any optional additions are confirmed in writing before work begins.
What does the $499 Essential Launch include?
It includes a custom website with up to five core pages, two consolidated review rounds, an inquiry form with email notifications, basic SEO and analytics, domain connection, backend configuration, and a live launch. Hosting and your domain are covered for the first 12 months.
What is the ongoing cost after the first year?
There is one simple ongoing cost: $50 CAD per year after the included first year. That keeps your website hosted, your domain active, and its existing email and inquiry-form setup running. There is no separate maintenance retainer required.
What changes are included before launch?
The Essential Launch includes two consolidated review rounds. The Growth Launch includes up to 15 revisions, up to 10 custom pages, custom animations, and logo creation. Group your feedback so we can keep the project moving. New pages beyond the package limit, new features, or a major change in direction are quoted separately.
How long does a website take to launch?
Most projects take about 10 to 14 business days once your materials are ready. Extra pages, copywriting, and integrations may change the timeline.
Do I own my website completely?
You keep ownership of your domain, photography, copy, and website assets. The annual hosting fee begins only after the included first year and covers keeping the website and domain live.
How do updates work after launch?
Send new photos, copy, or pricing by email. Minor content changes can be handled as one-off requests or through an optional care plan. New pages, redesigns, and integrations are quoted separately.
What materials do I need to provide?
Your best photography, the basics of your services, and a little context about your ideal clients. A short questionnaire keeps it simple, and I can help shape the structure and copy.
